Oh, Spring Break went far too quickly! Between a week of lazy vacation days spent with my parents and Daylight savings kicking in, I'm finding it very hard to get back into the swing of things. It doesn't help that I have both chapter exams and Midterms scheduled for this week either. I am NOT looking forward to grading 350 exams in the next week. Blech. The end of May and the end of the semester cannot come soon enough.
So on to the outfit, I don't normally wear florals on my top half, but I kind of like this one. I liked the price even better. I think I got it for under $30 during one of J Crew's many 30% off sales. The floral reminds me of a Tiffany's lamp or something. Did they do this one in a pencil skirt? They should have done this one in a pencil skirt. I would have been all over that. I like to wear my patterns on the lower-half far better.
But, this is a good cut on the sweater. Perfect to wear with higher waisted pencil skirts. I hadn't given the Jenna cardigan much consideration before this point (the namesake itself kind-of turned me off, kwim?) but now I'm going to have to keep my eyes open for more colors of this sweater when it goes on sale.
