You look very fresh and sporty in this outfit. I thought I'd give the Lands End Canvas Heritage Cardigan a try...you always look great in them. Are you wearing the Ivory one that's currently on promotion, or, is that from another year? It looks very "white".
ReplyDeleteAnon- Yes, it's the Ivory one that's been on sale for $13.99. It is a "white-er" ivory than some other ivory items I own, but when held up to something pure white you can tell it is ivory. Either way though, at the current sale price, it's totally worth it! The heritage cardis are one of my very favorite things!
ReplyDeleteI agree, very sporty. I like the white/ivory cardi over.
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI can see another LEC cardi here :) you look great! Perfect for spring!
My friend is keen on the LEC cardi too. But all the nicer colors are gone :( only left with 5 basic colors. Do you happen to know if the new super prima cotton cardi are similar? :)
Btw I'm so jealous of your legs! ;)
gigi- Thanks! I got this LEC cardi during a recent sale, and have been trying to find ways to wear it without looking too prissy or preppy. Sometimes a white cardi can come of too "precious" kwim?
ReplyDeleteAhCapp- Thanks! I'm sad that all the good colors of the LEC cardis are gone too. For the super pima cotton sweaters, are you taling about the ones from regular Lands End (not LEC)? If so, they are very similar. The cotton is a bit heavier, which is nice, but the fit is a little bit bigger. I can't wear them becasue even in an XS it's a little too big. So unless you're a sz. XS, I'd say they're a good option. Just maybe size down one.
